Our signature product is a patented, easy to use, all-in-one custom designed backdrop & red carpet package that anyone can create and order online.
What makes Red Carpet Runway different from other companies?
Red Carpet Runway’s mission is to print, design and manufacture Custom Backdrops, Event Carpets, and Red Carpet Accessories. We sleep, eat, and live the Red Carpet - it is what we do best – and what we do for a living.
Red Carpet Runway’s design team can also design logos for our clients if they don’t have any for their custom backdrop. Red Carpet Runway works every day to make the Red Carpet Experience better for our clients. We were born in Hollywood, and currently operate various offices nationwide.
How long will it take to get our Red Carpet Runway?
The longest part of the process is typically the art approval process. Once the art is approved – it takes two business days to print. Shipping time to you depends on your final zip code & preferred delivery method.
How long does it take to set-up the Red Carpet Runway?
Typical setup time is 10 minutes. All you will need is a large, flat wall or glass area in mind to hang the backdrop and rollout your red carpet, or you can purchase a stand and set-up your Red Carpet anywhere. It is as easy as 1-2-3.
What type of Red Carpet is included?
The red carpet is fully bound piece of red carpet. The Red Carpet we use is manufactured to the identical specifications, quality and thread count as the Red Carpet used by world famous award shows.
What material is the backdrop made of?
The Backdrop we use is professional grade smooth vinyl. Each backdrop we print either includes grommets, pole pockets or both. Eco-Friendly options such as stretch cloth is available upon request.
What do I need to hang up the Backdrop?
Everything you need to hang your backdrop is included in your Red Carpet Runway package. For portable versions, you will need a flat surface or hanging area to set-up; glass, wallpaper, & walls work best. For professional versions, a stand is included for hanging.
How can I design my own backdrop? Or design my own logos?
Once you purchase a Red Carpet Runway, our team of graphics designers can work with you to design your own custom backdrop.
If you already have a logo, just email it to us and we'll take care of the rest. If you need a logo, we will work with you to help create one.
Can the Red Carpet Runway be used both indoors & outdoors?
How can I re-order a backdrops?
Just give us a call at 1-888-RUNWAY-9 with your prior order number and our staff will run you through the discounted backdrop reorder program - so your upcoming event can be special - just like your last.
Can the Red Carpet Runway be reused and re-hung?
Absolutely. Assuming the event theme doesn't change, the Red Carpet Runway Banner can be re-hung, over and over! If your event theme does change - you can reorder just a new backdrop.
How much is shipping?
Standard UPS Ground shipping costs between $50 - $85 depending on final package dimensionsal weight and delivery address.
Is Red Carpet Runway a union-approved printer?
All of the customized printing for your Red Carpet Runway is done through CWA Union approved printing. We work with government agencies, city municipalities and other union required printing facilities for our jobs.
What is the return/shipping policy?
Red Carpet Runway strives to provide the best possible products and services to its customers. Because each order that we create is customized just for you, and therefor is a special order, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns on the merchandise. This means that once you make a purchase from us, the order is yours.
Some other things that should be noted when you are ordering.
* We ship FedEx & UPS for delivery to get the client the best rate on each order. Once Fed Ex or UPS has the package all tracking can be done through the UPS or FedEx website, as you will have the necessary tracking information
* Excessive or abnormal use of any of our products may cause damage to them, and thus alter their appearance or affect their look when displayed. This includes the carpet, the backdrop and the stand. Please be conscious of that when locating an area to set-up your Red Carpet Runway
* All of our items are inspected for quality once they leave our facility en route to the client
* If an item arrived to you either damaged or defective, the complaint should be filed with UPS/FedEx as their handling of the materials may have an adverse affect on the exact delivery to each location
* All return policies are to be made through email@example.com, where a specific response regarding your situation will be made back to you from our corporate office, based on the return policy points listed here.

do i get to keep everything?
Yes. Our packages are for sale. You get to keep your Red Carpet Runway package to roll out for all your Red Carpet Events.
